Sprinkler Systems: Sprinkler system materials and workmanship are guaranteed for two (2) years from the completion of installation. Freeze damage protection can be obtained through a separate agreement under our winterization program.
Night Lighting: Lighting installed by Big Sky comes with a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer on all transformers and fixtures.
Water Features: Our clients are provided with specific instructions on maintaining their water features once they have been installed. Big Sky water features offer a warranty limited to that provided by the manufacturer of any mechanical components of the feature (i.e. pump, timer) The life expectancy for water feature pumps is 1 to 3 years.
Lawn: Sod and hydro seed lawns installed by Big Sky have a 1-year warranty provided the lawn has been paid for, properly cared for by the owner, and is accurately covered by an automatic irrigation system.
Plant Material: Provided the plant material has been purchased and installed by Big Sky, properly cared for by the owner and is accurately covered by an automatic irrigation system, we will replace any dead or dying plant. Items planted in the Spring (January -- July) are guaranteed until November 1 of that same year. Items planted in the Fall (August -- December) are guaranteed until July 1 of the following year.
