To Our Valued Clients,

In the midst of these unprecedented circumstances we wanted to let you know how we will proceed with meeting your expectations and fulfilling our promises to you. 90% of our company’s work takes place outdoors, and our crew have the ability to work together and maintain the proper social distance requirements to slow the spread of COVID-19.  With that in mind we have given our team the option to keep working if they are not ill and have set the following guidelines in place for our teams who will be working on any jobsite;

On March 23

Governor Kate Brown a Stay Home Executive Order to reduce the spread of coronavirus in Oregon.

Construction, manufacturing, landscaping and other essential businesses may continue so long as they "ensure that their employees are maintaining social distancing measures."  So long as your landscaping business can maintain the six-foot distance from others requirement at their places of work and the work sites in the field, they are permitted to continue to operate.  Transportation to and from work sites would require to comply to this same distancing requirement so employees might have to drive in separate vehicles or provide their own vehicle for transport to and from the work site.

Some Protocols we are following;

  1. Limited persons per vehicle unless you are people who are already in social contact on a regular basis. We have this allowance because some of our employees are family members who work together daily and have contact both on and off the jobsites. Extra needed employees will drive their personal vehicles to jobsites to help with the social distance.
  2. Wearing gloves
  3. No unnecessary contact with clients, and any contact must be made following the social distancing requirements. Our crew is instructed to politely decline handshakes and to ensure that they keep back a minimum of 6 feet of distance between themselves and clients when they come out to ask questions.
  4. At ANY sign of illness you are asked to leave the jobsite immediately and go home.

As we adjust to the changes that may come, we will update you on any changes we make.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Thank You,

Kevin Roberts
